Cricut heat presses for Black Friday 2026 fall into three groups: handheld EasyPress models such as the EasyPress 3 and the newer EasyPress SE, the small EasyPress Mini for awkward spots, and the AutoPress 2, a hands-free 15 x 15 inch press. Pick by the size of what you press most often.

Handheld presses: EasyPress 3 and EasyPress SE

The EasyPress is a flat heat plate with a handle, used like an iron but with even heat across the plate. It applies iron-on vinyl and Infusible Ink to shirts, bags and pillow covers, the same projects people cut on the machines in the Cricut Black Friday guide.

The EasyPress 3 comes with a 12 x 10 inch or a 9 x 9 inch plate and heats up to 400°F. It connects over Bluetooth to the Cricut Heat app, which can send time and temperature settings to the press. Cricut states the press will not function until it is activated in that app on a compatible device, so a phone or tablet is part of the setup. It sits on an insulated safety base and switches itself off when left idle.

The EasyPress SE, launched in February 2026, has the same two plate sizes, a ceramic-coated plate and the same 400°F top temperature. Cricut lists it for iron-on, Infusible Ink, sublimation and direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, with settings taken from the Cricut Heat Guide. It also has an insulated base and auto-off.

A small press for tight spots

The EasyPress Mini is a palm-size press with a precision tip, built for seams, the gaps between buttons and other spots where a flat plate will not sit. It has three heat settings rather than a temperature dial, rests on its own safety base and turns off after 13 minutes.

The AutoPress 2 for bigger runs

The AutoPress 2, announced in July 2026, is a clamshell press with a 15 x 15 inch plate, the largest Cricut has offered. It reaches 410°F, applies up to 220 pounds of adjustable pressure, and releases on its own when the timer ends. Four presets store the settings for materials you use often, and Bluetooth through Design Space is optional. It suits a small shop or anyone pressing batches of shirts, where holding a handheld press gets tiring.
