Keurig makes single-serve coffee makers that brew K-Cup pods. For Black Friday 2026, the four lines to know are the K-Supreme, the compact K-Mini, the K-Duo that adds a carafe, and the K-Café with a milk frother. Pick the line by how you drink coffee, then check the exact model.
A pod brewer from Massachusetts
Keurig was founded in Massachusetts in 1992 and launched its first brewers and K-Cup pods in 1998. Since July 2018 it has been part of Keurig Dr Pepper, formed when Keurig Green Mountain merged with Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
The range has grown well past the original single-cup machine. In 2019 Keurig added the K-Duo family, which brews either a pod or a 12-cup carafe. In 2020 came the K-Supreme and K-Supreme Plus with MultiStream brewing, and the connected SMART models followed, including a K-Café SMART in 2022.

Matching a machine to your mornings
| If you mostly | Look first at | Then check |
|---|---|---|
| Brew one cup in a small space | K-Mini | Mug height and whether the tank is removable |
| Brew several cups a day for different people | K-Supreme | Reservoir size and the number of cup sizes |
| Make a pot on weekends and a pod on weekdays | K-Duo | Glass or thermal carafe |
| Drink milky coffee | K-Café | Frother settings and which parts are dishwasher safe |
Reading a Keurig listing
Keurig reuses a line name across several models, so “K-Supreme” or “K-Duo” alone does not tell you which one you are looking at. Look for the full name, such as K-Duo Essentials or K-Supreme Plus SMART, and compare the features listed with Keurig’s own product page.
Check the condition (new, open box or refurbished), what comes in the box, the returns policy and how the warranty is handled. A bundle that includes pods should say which pods and how many.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns Keurig?
Keurig is part of Keurig Dr Pepper, the company formed in July 2018 when Keurig Green Mountain merged with Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
Do all Keurig coffee makers use the same pods?
The K-Supreme, K-Mini, K-Duo and K-Café all brew K-Cup pods. The K-Duo can also brew a full carafe from ground coffee, so it is the one to look at if you want both.
