UGG labels are US sizes. A women’s US 8 is a UK 6, and a women’s US 10 is a UK 8. For men the gap is one size: a US 9 is a UK 8 and a US 12 is a UK 11. Most styles come in whole sizes, so a listing that gives only a UK number should say which scale it means.
